First, only consume 100 percent organic castor oil.
Second, do not consume castor oil during pregnancy, breastfeeding or menstrual cycle.

Preparing for consumption

Mix a tablespoon of castor oil in a glass of hot water and have it sip by sip (consumption of castor oil can open the stomach, do not fear if you have to visit the washroom in hours after taking castor oil).

How this solution works

Hot water causes mucus to force bile movement and move castor oil solution to the intestines. Bile salts and castor oil form a complex chemical compound (a soapy cleansing solution) which cleans the stomach and intestines to get rid of toxins and parasites causing toxins.
